Build Real Financial Capability Through Practice
Our program runs from September 2025 through March 2026. You'll work with actual business scenarios and develop skills that matter in the Australian market. It's about learning by doing, not just theory.
Choose Your Learning Approach
Everyone picks up new skills differently. Some people need structure, others want flexibility. We've built pathways that work for both.
You can join intensive weekend workshops, attend weeknight sessions, or follow a self-paced track with mentor check-ins. The content stays consistent – you're learning the same frameworks and techniques regardless of format.
- Weekend intensives run monthly from October 2025 to February 2026
- Evening sessions meet twice weekly over six months
- Self-paced modules with fortnightly mentor meetings
- All formats include access to our case study library
Most participants mix formats as they go. Start with structured sessions, then shift to self-paced once you've got the rhythm down.
Three Ways to Learn
Pick what fits your schedule and learning style. You're not locked in – switch between formats as your needs change.
Intensive Weekends
Six full-day sessions spread across five months. You'll work through complete business cases from start to finish. Good if you want concentrated learning blocks and prefer learning with a group.
Evening Sessions
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 to 8:30 PM AEST. Smaller bites of content with practice work between sessions. Works well if you're juggling other commitments but want regular structure.
Self-Directed Track
Access all materials immediately and work at your own speed. Meet with a mentor every two weeks to review progress and troubleshoot challenges. Finish in four months or take the full six – your call.
Work With People Who've Done This
Our mentors run their own businesses or consult full-time. They've dealt with cash flow problems, pricing mistakes, and growth headaches. You get practical advice from people who understand what actually works in Australian business conditions.
Callum Devereux
Small Business Finance
Spent twelve years helping regional businesses sort out their numbers. Now runs a consulting practice in Tasmania and knows every cash flow trap going.
Sienna Aldridge
Strategic Planning
Built two businesses from scratch before switching to advisory work. Focuses on realistic growth planning and avoiding the common scaling mistakes.
Briar Thorne
Operational Finance
Former CFO turned educator. Specializes in financial systems for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but aren't ready for enterprise software.
Mentors don't just answer questions – they review your work, challenge your assumptions, and help you think through real decisions.
Every participant gets assigned a primary mentor based on their business background and goals. You'll meet regularly throughout the program and can reach them between sessions when you're stuck.
Program Starts September 2025
Applications open in May. We take about forty participants per intake to keep the groups manageable and ensure everyone gets proper attention from mentors.
The six-month program covers financial planning, pricing strategy, cash management, and growth planning. You'll work through case studies based on real Australian businesses and build frameworks you can apply immediately.
